A rainbow of fresh chiles has hit the tables of the Union Square Farmers Market, just down the street from the B-Team's New York headquarters, and dried chiles are staples in our cooking (and Bobby's, of course!). Want to learn to master chiles in your own kitchen? Follow this handy guide, excerpted from The Mesa Grill Cookbook, and you'll be a chile whisperer in no time...

Take a bite out of the bayou with February’s Burger of the Month. Just in time for Mardi Gras, our spice-crusted Louisiana Burger features pepper jack cheese, griddled tasso ham, spicy remoulade and hot sauce for a taste of New Orleans, minus the trip to Bourbon Street. Remember, February only has 28 days....don't let the month pass you by without trying this one!

This month at Bobby's Burger Palace, we are celebrating flavors of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Our Burger of the Month for July is named after Wyoming's beautiful capital city, and is piled high with ingredients that transport me there as soon as I take a bite. I once went to a rodeo in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and one of the things that I took away from the experience was the idea for this burger; it just seems like the perfect rodeo fare. So what's inside?

This holiday weekend, like most weekends in the summer, you will find me in front of my grill doing what I do best...cooking for a crowd...Friends and family will drop in and out all weekend and they will all have one thing in common...empty stomachs that need to be filled! So this July 4th, I am serving up juicy Crunch Burgers, Spiced Rubbed NY Strip Steaks with Sherry Vinegar Steak Sauce and instead of the usual pickle and mustard based potato salad, (not that there is anything wrong with that) I am thinking of something a bit more flavorful... grilled new potatoes, crispy bacon and green onion tossed in a garlicky buttermilk dressing...YUM! And, since no celebration is complete without a fabulous cocktail, there will be pitchers of Rose Sangria, scented with summer peaches and raspberries, in the fridge all weekend long! Make it!
Be safe, drink responsibly, and take a few minutes to thank all those brave men and women who fought hard and gave their lives for our freedom! Happy July 4th!

This month on BobbyFlay.com, we're thinking about the holidays. Perhaps you're saying: "What are you talking about; those just ended!?" Wrong! The biggest festive feast days of the year may be in November and December, but there's loads to celebrate in March.

Comfort food at my parents' house hits notes of Spain or Latin America on the regular. My sister and I were exposed to the food and customs of Spanish speaking countries our entire lives, thanks to a mom and dad who spent much of their careers teaching Spanish to high school students. Their passion for these cultures certainly rubbed off! For February's theme of comfort food, I decided to play with one of my dad's favorite Latin recipes and make it my own.

We don't know about you, but the moment Thanksgiving was over, we started daydreaming about the feasts soon to come: holiday parties, holiday dinners, cozy meals in front of the fire, edible gifts to give (and hopefully receive!), and more cookies than our wildest sugar-high dreams.

Since May is Vegetable Month on BobbyFlay.com, and I'm in the GATO kitchen every single night, why not highlight a few more vegetarian-friendly dishes available on our Mediterranean-inspired menu.

It’s been a crazy couple of months. My newest restaurant, GATO, opened in New York on March 3rd and the following weeks have been at once exhilarating, challenging, exhausting…and absolutely worth every second.

Since GATO opened, almost two months ago, I've noticed one entree showing up on more tickets than the rest. To be honest, I was a bit surprised that this entree, in particular, was the restaurant's best-seller... mainly because it's 100% vegetarian.

Last summer I started to get into yoga after years and years of fighting it. I thought it was too "zen" and not a "real" workout. A friend finally convinced me to try it and I have to admit: I love it.
