What grills do you use on Boy Meets Grill and at home?
I use the 41" Ultra-Premium Gas Grill with Side Burners by Viking and the Weber Kettle One Touch Charcoal Grill.

What knives do you use?
I currently use both Global and Kershaw Shun Collection knives.

I want to buy some really good cookware, what would you recommend?
I use All-Clad and Viking cookware on my shows and at home and recommend both.

Is Boy Meets Grill shot at your home?
I do not tape Boy Meets Grill at my home. The home that you see on TV is actually a private residence that we rent out and is located just across the 59th Street Bridge in Long Island City, Queens.

What cooking school did you attend?
I graduated from The French Culinary Institute in New York City.

I just watched your cooking segment on The Early Show on CBS and would love to get the recipe that you prepared?

All of the recipes that I prepare on my cooking shows on Food Network can be found on www.foodnetwork.com.  The quickest way to find them is to click on Find a Show on Food Network’s homepage and then scroll down the list of shows and click on Boy Meets Grill or Throwdown.

I am planning on eating at one of your restaurants in the next few weeks, what are the chances of meeting you?
I am always in my restaurants unless I am out of town traveling for business or personal reasons.  Unfortunately, I can never guarantee that I will be in the restaurant at the same time that you are because my schedule changes many times a day, every day.  If I am there when you are, I will be more than happy to stop by the table to say hello.

I just ate at Bolo and would love the recipe for Paella, can you send it to me?
First check our recipe data base on www.bobbyflay.com.  If you can’t find the recipe you are looking for, email my assistant Stephanie at sb@bobbyflay.com and she will be more than happy to send you any of the recipes from my restaurants.

When will you be opening a restaurant in Chicago? Los Angeles? Dallas?
I currently have 6 restaurants: 3 in NYC; 1 in Las Vegas; 1 in Atlantic City and 1 in The Bahamas.  I never say never, but I have no plans in the near future to open a restaurant in another city.
