Cilantro Yogurt Crema

Serves: Yields: 2 cups

2 cups Greek yogurt, such as Fage 0%
¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 fresh lime
1 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Stir together the yogurt, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
